We're All Just Walking Each Other Home

Ram Dass said it.

Hold the door.

Let the person with only a couple things in their cart go first.

Smile.

Ask "How are you doing?" and mean it.

Say "please" and "thank you".

Let the guy trying to get into your lane, in.

Close your mouth, and open your ears.

Pick up the thing that dropped off the shelf.

Dig some change out of your pocket, if you have some to spare.

Share your story.

Don't take the bait, this one time.

Donate the crap that's making you crazy to a thrift store.

Be the bigger person and let it go.

Drop a couple bucks worth of something into the food bank bin.

Make eye contact - with everyone.

Acknowledge kindness.

Express joy - it's contagious.

Sing along.

It is so simple.

It is so powerful.

It is so important.
